The Mesa is a bright and airy trailer with lots of room to sleep: two kings, a fold down table, and a pull-out couch. 
Tons of storage, three way fridge, stove, sink.  Furnace. Extra wide step. Screen door. Tip-out kitchen. Large storage boot at foot of trailer. Outdoor grill. 2 'Fantastic Fans'.

Wheel bearings repacked every year. New propane tank, tires, and awning.
One small tear, no leaks -clean and in GREAT shape!
